Q) Do you live on the property or do we have the whole 37 acres to ourselves?
A) We do live in the main house on the property. The guest houses are separated by a bit of distance, so you feel as if you are here on your own. We give you as much privacy as we can and only interact if the opportunity arises!
Q) Are dogs allowed?
A) YES! We love animals and your pup is allowed with a limit of 3 with a one time pet fee for EACH dog.
Q) My dog is not very friendly with other dogs, can I still bring them?
A) Yes, but you are responsible for communicating with other guests who brought their dogs. Leash is optional.
Q) Are kids allowed?
A) Kids under the age of 12 are not allowed in the Kestrel Cottage or Hummingbird Casita since these two guest houses are the closest together. You can, however, book the entire “middle guest house” which contains the Cottage, Casita AND Yoga/bonus room in one, and families are welcome then. Plus, the RoadRunner Guest House is kid-friendly.
Q) Do you allow weddings?
A) Not at this time. We may start allowing small elopements in the future.
Q) What time are Check-In and Check-Out?
A) All check-ins are 4:00 pm. Check-Out is 11:00 AM.
Q) Do you allow fires?
A) No, but we do have a beautiful, large community fire pit to gather around, snuggle, laugh, and share great conversation!
Q) What is your cancellation policy?
A) Guest receives 97% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 47% if cancellation occurs more than 15 days before arrival; No refunds within 15 days of arrival.

Q) Can you rent the whole retreat, or is it individual rooms only?
A) Yes! Send us an email with the dates and purpose of your stay (family reunion, filming, retreat) and we’ll be happy to provide pricing.
Q) Do you have local TV cable channels?
A) NO. We provide streaming only (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon)
